You must look at the individual fields, NOT just the town for the current status of each field. Use the drop-down icon to the left of the town to see the list of fields for that town.
Only the town president or designated field coordinator is permitted to close a field prior to games being played. After the game begins, the field can only be closed by the referees.
Town presidents should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 hours before any game in order to report a field is to be closed.
